A non-refundable deposit is required for all reservations.

• Please note that the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file.

• Modification or cancelations are to be made at least 48h prior.

In the event that any equipment is damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen while in your possession, the renter shall be liable to Sawa House for the full cost of repair or replacement for such equipment.

Sawa House is not responsible for any loss or theft.

Parking is free on week-ends

We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space for our community.

Upon arrival, the renter assumes full responsibility for the care and safe keeping of all equipment provided by Qure, whether installed, located on the premises, or supplied for your use.

For groups larger than 8 people or for larger-scale creative productions, please reach out to us directly if you have a larger project in mind. We're happy to accommodate your needs!

To help us maintain the studio in perfect condition for your rental, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing shoes that could damage the floors, such as those with black soles.

Please note that additional fees may apply if the floors sustain significant damage.
